WC>WC>MG>SH>Any of the rest of you Herd members smart enough to discuss
WC>WC>MG>SH>religion?
WC>WC>MG>You bet, Stan. Got any evidence for your god?
WC>WC>ME>For no other reason than I'm bored with your repetition: first
cause.
WC>WC>OK, what "caused" God?
WC>ME>First cause has to do with physical phenomena.
WC>Typical fundy dodge.
Not your best answer, not the least because I'm an atheist. If you can
tell me what a 'fundy' atheist is, I'll gladly retract my assessment of
that answer.
It also does not directly deal with the point under discussion. Try
addressing the topic in the future. In the meantime, here are a couple
of suggestions for next time:
The usual reply is to the effect of "Either God is subject to it or he
does not physically exist."
A better reply would be "First cause is a null concept because of the
infinite nature of existence."
Se how that works? Now you give it a try, OK?

WC>MG>>Which one of the Boys of Politics that claimed that South
WC>MG>>America isn't overpopulated?
WC>MG>>ROTFL!
WC>ME>Define "overpopulated" and I might.
WC>MG>Another one that doesn't know English...when it's convenient.
WC>ME>I will say that too many people in and of itself is not the
WC>ME>problem.
WC>MG>There. See? You knew what overpopulation menat all along.
WC>See there's no overpopulation, there's just to little land and
WC>resources ;-)
Too little land? Too little resources? Odd assertions, considering the
data. People are living better now than ever before in history -- more
and better variety of food, more indoor living space of better quality,
longer lifespan, less famine, better medical treatment, etc.
WC>Now if we just collect all the rainwater, Bob Eyer style,
WC>stop wasting all that unused space by building our skyscrapers
WC>downward below the Earth as well as up, start farming in space and
WC>on the moon we can all sit down to a sumptuous meal of microwaved
WC>cakes and bread.
WC>Actually I see farming on the moon and in space as being a
WC>really efficient time saving measure as your breads and cakes
WC>will be precooked by cosmic rays!
